the 911 has 107k miles and l got it for $13k! Not a scratch on it and interior is close to perfect. It has the newer 17'' 911 turbo twist wheels and the speedometer is 8MPH too slow? What can l do? Also, the cruise controll does not work. Is this common and what usually needs to be replaced? Can l do it myself? The AC blows cold but not very hard. It seems like a lot comes out of the wind shield defroster. Other than that, Car is great! What do l need to do to fix those? Thanks

Get the proper diameter tires should help the calibration. If not, find a way to get accurate data on how far off the speedometer is off & send the speedometer to a VDO repair facility like Hollywood Speedometer in Calif or there is one in SF Bay area also that can recalibrate the speedometer.

The first thing l would look at on the Cruise Control is the diaphragm that pulls the throttle. It may have a vacuum leak or a hose has come off or split. The AC problem is either low on freon & u may need to convert to R134a Freon if it is not cold. If it is cold & it is just coming from the wrong vent, then the Mode Air Door Control Motors may need to be replaced. They r $150 each & there r 5 of them. They r under the black plastic panel between the truck storage area & the windshield under the hood. They ware out & sometimes the wiper contact burns a hole on the internal circuit board. There was a suggested fix that is out there, but it only lasted a couple of weeks & then mine quit again. The one that go out first r the temperature motors & the second to were out r the other pair, the ones that select foot air vs. windscreen air. Sounds like u may need four of the five. The fifth unit is the fresh air motor, the other units r pairs, LT & RT.
