l will buy one brand new l just need your expert opinion which of the 3 will be more appealing or a head turner for years to come... cause i'm not rich l wont trade in or buy another one, bear in mind l live in a tropical island, l like to know which one in your opinion l wont regret, and also up to now l dont have a preference until l have your pick and l also like to know why.

Probably the 911 Targra or 911 Carrera.
Convertibles on Porsche are not in style anymore and do not look as sporty.

you should get a 911 c2 with a sunroof the convertibles are girly but if you had the money go for a turbo more of a head turner

if your priority is driving enjoyment l would avoid the 4WD cars and covertibles. l chose a C2 over a C4, FWIW. If it snows a lot where you live though, that may not be sensible.

You must go with the cabrio (convertible) based off of ur criterion. You live on a tropical island, u want a head-turning 911, & will hold the car for years & years.

The least significant argument is that the cabrio will hold its value better then either of the other two choices. Historically speaking, they always have. Because u live on a tropical island, l would assume that u enjoy open-air experiences & a cabrio would be better suited to island living. The most significant argument is simple & easy to make. Most 911 is will turn heads at least some. The only 911 is that turn heads fast enough to snap necks r the: GT2, GT3, The Turbo or any of the Cabrios. Since the GT is & the Turbo is not on ur list of choices, then that leaves the Cabrio (convertible).

l am reading the other posts & am shocked. do they even bother to read to question? If it snows where u are.. sorry, what? On a tropical island? Convertibles r out of fashion or style. Style & fashion is something so ugly that it is changed every 3 months. u want to own this car for years. a convertible is timeless.

This is a very difficult decision to make if u have never driven all three, well l have. Let is separate the Carrera 4S from the other two for right now. The Rear Wheel Drive 911 is r very hard to push off the line, many times u will burn some rubber before u really get a good grip on the road. The 4S will give u a smoother start & better handling in a very humid environment. The targa will most likely come in third place followed by the carrera convertible in second & first place to the carrera 4s. And by the way, make sure u get the carrera 4S cabriolet. l like blue, black, silver or white. If u really want to grab attention than obviously the red & yellow can do that pretty easily.
