Not enough information to answer ur question. Is it a turbo or normally aspirated? Is it a 4wd (Carrera 4)? Does it have automatic or manual transmission? Does it have the optional hard top? Figure out the exact model & options & research the value yourself using kbb.com & edmunds.com. You can then back into the lease payment by assuming a rate of around 10% over 60 months. Just a rough guess would be $400 to $600 a month.

If he claims no income on his income taxes then he would not qualify for a lease. Therefore if he is driving a Porsche then either he paid for it cash (assuming relatively a new car that would be over $100K) or it is not his. Just because someone drives a car does not mean he actually owns it.

Generally though when people r reporting no income it is because they have hidden income from cash sources. If the car is actually in his name then CRA could do a quality of life assessment & determine that he has hidden income. Odds r though if he is smart enough to make the type of money to buy a 911 outright while hiding it from CRA & not getting shot or arrested then he is also smart enough to not have the car in his own name.
