While u could write to or call the Porsche Headquarters (or any of their factories), you'd likely find that a long & very frustrating process since it is unlikely anyone there would be able to directly help & at best u would bounce around in hopes that u might get to someone that would know what to do.

You have to consider the structure of a modern business. the factory builds cars. This is pretty much all they do. The HQ is there to help organize all of the business units & to move the overall direction of the company. None of these functions relates to what u r doing. What u r interested in is the sales & marketing companies that r owned by Porsche for the purpose of selling their cars. for example, in the US this would be Porsche Cars North America (and their r similar subsidiaries in other regions).

You could contact this company at a high level, though u would be better off pursuing a complaint somewhat lower down, as most car companies have people that r there just for such a problem. Contacting the regional Porsche sales company can likely refer u to a regional customer service represenative. though if u have any problem getting this information, u should be able to find the person to contact from a dealer (most dealers will help even if u r complaining about them, but if it is a concern, give a call to a competing dealer for the contact info).
