All l know is for that price you can buy a Testarossa or a 348 that will have TWICE the engine that thing has.

Do not buy an automatic, it is not the best transmission in a Porsche makes it slower and less economical.

Do get bigger wheels, upgrade the stereo (the basic one is rubbish) climate control and reversing sensors are essential.

Do not expect any discount, these cars are built to order. The price sounds ok but typically they want 10% down before starting the build.

The numbers can vary depending on the money factor or lending rate. It also depends on the exact car and options selected. Cayman with Tiptronic is availble in fewer numbers than the 5 speed manual transmission version. Feel free to respond and l can assist you furhter.

If u r looking at a new Porsche, there is not much money, if any that they r going to take off. The car is not common, & is a high line vehicle. Most of the time if yo ask for money off, they will tell u that u r on too much car. As a Porsche Salesman, there r many people out there that will pay full price, because a Porsche is worth it. We wo not bend over on our prices. $807 a month on a $52,000 car is a pretty good number. The important number is the residual at the end of the lease. That number u can bring down.

porsches are overrated the only thing that costs any money is the part that says porsche. Heres a hint: buy a new Vette! they cost WAY less and have a heck of a lot more horsepower. Plus, they are easier to find since they're from America. Why get a V6 when you can get a V8?

Do not listen to the others. Are you in the US. With the current economic conditions Dealers are giving these cars away. You should be able to negotiate. This was not true a few years ago. By the way, you will love it.

Well that price sounds right. You do have the right to, at least in Canada, ask the dealer to lower the price, almost like bartering. You are capable of lowering the price of a car by in some cases thousands of dollars, thus decreasing your monthly payments and the amount of extra money you pay that is interest.

The best thing to do is go to the dealer & run the numbers & work with them.

electraglide, the Corvette is a plastic pile of garbage with the interior quality of a $9,000 Cavaliar, lets talk overrated now. Yeah, they're easier to find in the US, but why get a car that everyone & their brother has?

Do u seriously think the Corvette is going to have the fit & finish, quality, safety, or engineering of the Porsches? Of course not. You're not getting the same car. Period. You get what u pay for still applies, & l do not care if you're talking the C6, C6 Z06, or ZR1. The Corvette (both non Z06 & Z06 models) is ranked as one of the worst sports cars on the market for quality & reliability according to Consumer Reports.

Yeah, the Corvettes may be faster in the straights, but the Porsches just kill them in the curves. Besides, even if the Corvette is faster & has more horsepower, who cares?! l mean, u can not driver either the Corvette or the Porsche to their fullest potential in most places in the world as it is. The Porsches r not just about power, they're about handling too. The Porsches have quality that exceeds even Lexus.

Oh, & by the way, Porsche cars do not have V6 engines, genius. They're flat sixes. They use the boxer engines for their smoothness & lower center of gravity.

Do NOT buy a POS Corvette.
