It was a new convertible model with a 'classic' front end similar to the very early 911's. I've looked on the Porshe website but cannot find this great looking car? (The car can be viewed online at ITV.com but checking the catch up episode of Emmerdale for June 12th)

Hello, no 100% sure.but l think it was a 356 Speedster KitCar.made by TYGAN (http://tygan.com). They build them in full now rather than kit.!

It is not a real Porsche.
It does resemble a 356 speedster a bit (the shape was not quite right and it lacked the centre line chrome) so this would be a good starting point.
Probably a kit of somekind but l do not know which one.

l doubt it was a real Porsche 356, which is what it looked like, more likely it was a kit car called a Chesil Speedster, based on a VW Beetle, costs about £25k fully built, and looks very tasty!
