l wanna put 16 inch wheels on my Porsche 944, what is the best tire combination?

yea because, you know, WE are the the tire expertrs here. why do not you just call a tire shop? they have this new thing called a telephone,now, and you can dial numbers and all kinds of cool stuff.

as for the tires, get something with limited differential slip.
245/45/20 FR
255/45/20 RR

l have a 1986 944 turbo (951) & it has the black Fuch wheels on it that r offset slighty in the rear. The r 16X7 in the front & 16X8 in the rear wearing rubber of 225/55zR16 for the front & 245/50ZR16 in the rear. The original phone dials look great too & the turbo wore those also with the same size & offset. They also had a turbo twist that came on other Porsche that looks nice on the 944. l have just bought Kumho Ecsta SPT tires for it, they seem comparible in performance & wear but r half the price as other major brand tires. l also have seen them out at the track a lot & r just starting to get more main stream with the public.
