you do not turn an old Posche into a drifter. Drifting on 1960s' low tech suspension? It is lots cheaper to go mid 90 is jap for what you want to do.
They do not make the parts you need for an old Porsche anyway.

This car is not suitable for this use.

l have seen old 911 drifters. They r great.
It can cost anywhere from $15,000-35,000 to make it a real drifting car for competition. This will not make it street legal.

You would need new tires, wheels, brakes, rotors, suspension. Carbon fiber hood. Plastic rear window. Carbon Fiber Spoiler(Wing).
You should take out all interior except for driver seat. Take back seats out. Take radio, airconditioning, & other electronics out.
Get a Roll cage & racing drivers seat.
Drifting cars usually have more than 300HP, so u would need to install a turbo kit to give it that power.
You would also need racing clothes, racing seat belts, & steering wheel.

You can buy carbon fiber & performance parts from RUF, Sportec, TechArt, 9ff, Gemballa, & Imola. These r some of the best Porsche tuners. Just go to their websites.
To get the rollcage, u would need to find a special bodyshop that does that.
For the racing seats, u can buy them at some Pepboys stores & performance car stores or online. Racing seat brands r Sparco, Recaro, & Bride.

its actually quite dumb to change a 1969 porsche into a drifter but anyway, its going to cost quite a lot to be able to change it to drift. u will need to get new rotors, a new crankshaft, tires, maybe a turbo, u may want to change the powertrain, the engine, handling, wheels, & u will need quite a lot of carbon fiber to make the car light. u could get all this from porsche tuners such as rinspeed, imola, gembella, & u can get bucket seats from sparco. id say it takes about 50k.

Dont take the 912 and make it into a drifter. The 912 is weight transfer is best when on road courses, so your better off racing in the SCCA. Not only will you get more events to go to, but it is abit cheaper as in drifting you have to buy new tires after every several hours.

A standard 912 has a 4 pot 1.6ltr producing about 90-100bhp in standard fit. It is a great road car and has a much better balance than a 911 of the same era.

As l understand drifting is better with a front engined rear wheel drive car.
