If u have not already, u will soon be getting another code for MAF sensor out of range or inop.

basically ur Mass Air Flow Sensor is dirty. this is interpreted as more air so the EM raises the fuel/air ratio to compensate.

The dealer or ur mechanic will offer to replace the MAF, which u can or u can choose to Clean it with a Spray Electronics Cleaner & Qtips..then reinsert & clear the CEL codes.

Be advised: be careful cleaning the MAF as its fragile but if u r good.it will be likenew. be prepared to buy a new one.
