l dont know what you are talking about an ''A reg'' but anyways. The 928 Started out in 1978 with a water cooled V8. Its capacity started out as 4474cc or 272.9cu.in (Cubic Inches).
In 1989, Porsche made the S4GT, where the capacity eventually reached 4957cc or 302.4cu.in.
