You have to buy one from a dealer, then you may be able to request european delivery and then pick it up at the factory. Shipping will be costly and a pain to get it back to the states.

there is no Factory outlet, it must still be ordered from the dealership. You have the option of accepting the car in Germany, at the factory in Stuttgart. This is extremely expensive, as the car must be shipped overseas, separately, instead of on a boat that has other Porsche is on it already. It also costs a pretty penny for the airfare, lodging, & Customs fees.
